I developed this format with my co-P/D. Two teams learn to survive, train and compete in the Welsh mountains under two extreme regimes. The Sticks can only ever get punished and the Carrots only ever rewarded. A screaming sergeant major beasts and bullies the Sticks while a motivational guru hugs and encourages the Carrots.
